Olá colegas,

Estou a traduzir um texto-acordo EN>PT (Portugal). Gostaria de uma pequenina ajuda para os termos:

incoming party; outgoing party; continuing party.

Não há mais contexto, já que os termos aparecem isolados e ao princípio. Trata-se da alteração dum Acordo de Agência ("Agency Agreement").

Pensei em "parte que entra", "parte que sai" e "parte que permanece", mas julgo que sejam demasiado simplistas para um documento de cunho jurídico-comercial.
