Law: Contract(s) / Finance/Securities
English term or phrase: Obligor/Chargor
Can anyone help me with the difference between these two terms in PT :

/The Chargor, as continuing security for the payment of all Secured Liabilities, charges and agrees to charge in favour of the XXX (to hold the same on trust for the XXX Parties on the terms of the XXX Deed) by way of first fixed charge and agrees to assign by way of security to the XXX (to hold the same on trust for the XXX Parties on the terms of the XXX Deed) in case such charge is declared or becomes invalid or unenforceable)/

/The Chargor makes the representations and warranties as set out in clause 7 (Representations and Warranties of the Obligors) of the Common Terms Agreement/

According to my reasearch, /Chargor/ means /Devedor/. However, according to the Client's Glossary, so is /Obligor/.

Thank you for your help!
