Tenho dificuldade pra traduzir esse tipo de construção em inglês por causa da estrutura e do "and". Nunca sei o que tem a ver com o que.
Pensei em três possibilidades e queria saber qual a melhor solução ou se de repente existe outras opção:

1. Requisitos de Pré-aquecimento Mínimo e [de] Temperatura de Interpasse
2. Requisitos de temperaturas de pré-aquecimento mínimo e de interpasse/ temperatura de pré-aquecimento mínimo e [de] temperatura de interpasse
3. Requisitos de temperaturas mínimas de pré-aquecimento e de interpasse

A passagem do texto onde aparece várias vezes é a seguinte:

"Minimum Preheat and Interpass Temperature Requirements

The preheat and interpass temperature shall be sufficient to prevent cracking. Table 3.2 shall be used to determine the minimum preheat and interpass temperatures for steels listed in the code.

3.5.1 Base Metal/Thickness Combination. The minimum preheat or interpass temperature applied to a joint composed of base metals with different minimum preheats from Table 3.2 (based on Category and thickness) shall be the highest of these minimum preheats.

3.5.2 Alternate SAW Preheat and Interpass Temperatures. Preheat and interpass temperatures for parallel or multiple electrode SAW shall be selected in conformance with Table 3.2."

Asker: É, mas o que me deixa na dúvida é que em cada parágrafo existe uma construção diferente. Por ex., no parágrafo logo abaixo do título (ver trecho de ex.) a gnt tem "minimum preheat and interpass temperatures" e, nesse caso, poderia ser "temperaturas mínimas de pré-aquecimento e interpasse". Mas obrigada, sua solução é muito boa.

Asker: Em 3.5.1 aparece também "minimum preheats". Daí pensei se mínimo não teria a ver com pré-aquecimento em vez de temperatura ou requisitos... Ou cada caso é um caso? Obrigada de novo!
