rainha do gelo

Explanation:
Greetings!
Rainha do gelo has become a common expression after the Narnia series. People use it metaphorically and it is perfectly understood. So I will agree with my peers if you just want a translation (gélida ou fria), but I would choose rainha do gelo if you would like to keep the metaphor.

-> Agree, Ulisses. It is a metaphor. We can make metaphors of anything. It does not appear in diccionaries. It is in the mind of the writer. And we agree to disagree.

bruxa

Explanation:

What an ice queen. Did you see...

ice queen

A sweet and beautiful girl, who is rumored to be cold blooded and heartless.

1. A woman who lacks the ability to empathize or put herself in "another's shoes".

2. A woman who lacks the ability or chooses not to effectively define or react to another's mode of thought and mood.

3. A woman who is so OVERLY concerned with her situation that she does not prioritize or account for another's needs.

4. A woman who lacks emapathy in situations where a another's needs are clearly greater than her wants.

"What an ice queen. Did you see how she just left her husband standing there?\"

«Que coração de gelo! Viste como ela deixou o marido ali especado?»

Num registo mais literário, talvez:
«Que mulher empedernida!»

3. [Figurado] Tornar ou ficar insensível, cruel. = PETRIFICAR
