Hi I would like a native speaker of English to explain this expression. I have already looked for meaning in many idioms dictionaries and found nothing satisfactory.

"She tossed her keys in a dish on a small table and swung her leather jacket off to hang on a hook by the door. Easy in, easy out. Triple locking her doors, she turned and scanned her apartment, noting if any of her tells were out of place.
