Din descriere inteleg ca principala calitate a acestui produs e ca este un gel iluminator pt conturul ochilor, cu efect de acoperire/diminuare a cearcanelor si a "pungilor", a ridurilor fine ce poate fi aplicat atat ca baza de machiaj cat si peste acesta ca efect de finisare. Denumirea in sine Eye Rev-er Upper nu cred ca se traduce.- parerea mea umila de consumator avid de cosmetice
