am o carte a unui autor american, J.H. Kunstler, care incearca sa descrie cum ar arata lumea dupa ce se vor epuiza resursele de combustibili fosili. Un moment de cotitura il reprezinta varful consumului de petrol, "peak oil", de aceea foloseste insistent formule de genul: "post-cheap-oil world", "post-cheap-oil-and-gas-world", "post-cheap-energy-economy" "post-peak oil", “post-cheap-oil age”, “post-cheap-energy era”, “post-oil future”, “post-oil world”, “post-fossil fuel future”, “post-peak era”, “post-petroleum future”, “post-cheap-oil-and-gas world”.
