Asker: Mai bine, anca, pentru a ne lamuri pe deplin. Prin urmare in limba romana (ca nici eu nu am gasit) s-a preluat direct termenul american. Multumesc frumos.

Asker: este vorba despre programul initiat de Presedintele Eisenhower. Scuze ca ti-am scris numele fara majuscule.
