isi va indeplini/incheia misiunea in Moldova Explanation: Aceasta semnificatie a lui "graduate" pare sa fie folosita mai ales de catre/cu referinta la DFID in sensul indeplinirii sarcinii sale de ajutor al unei tari si transferului activitatii in alta tara. DFID’s plan to graduate from Albania 4.8 DFID laid out its case for graduation from Albania in the RAP and then reassessed it at the time of the RAP review in 2006: “Using the ‘decision tree’ model, Albania is doing well against most of the corporate criteria: it is reducing poverty, making good progress against most of the MDGs, is less vulnerable to violent conflict than the rest of the region, and has limited regional or global footprint. The case for continuing with a bilateral programme up to 2010/11 therefore remains weak” -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2009-10-16 19:54:14 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sau: DFID graduated from Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Macedonia in 2005-06. http://www.dfid.gov.uk/Documents/publications/evaluation/ev6... |
