Cat despre administrator expert nu l-am intalnit dar asa as traduce in fond. Competent sau profesionist nu-mi suna prea bine.

Acum serios, poate că, pur și simplu, vor un managaer/administrator care a mai fost manager/administrator... si anume de mai multe ori. Cu experiență, care va să zică.

Asker: Sunt mai multe posturi, building climber, mast climber, professional manager. Banuiesc ca e un manager care stie sa faca si alpinism :)

Din cate stiu eu 'manager' se traduce foarte bine prin 'director' sau 'sef'. 'Professional manager' este probabil 'director profesionist' sau 'director de profesie'. Cam asa era (si probabil inca mai este) in toate institutiile sunt oameni directori de profesie.

Acum 2 ani un conductor de tren de la CFR a zis asa cand m-am dat jos din tren "Dom' Director Sef". Cam asta inseamna probabil Professional Manager 'Director Sef'.
