Raspunsul este:
Firma care da in leasing (lizing), respectiv cea care primeste in leasing orice bunuri.
A NU SE CONFUNDA CU A DA IN CHIRIE, deoarece acolo chiriasul ia pe o perioada anume bunul in folos, la terminarea perioadei trebuie sa inapoieze bunul.
La leasing bunul ramine in proprietatea primului pina la expirarea ultimei rate, dupa care trece in posesia firmei care ia in leasing.
Leasing-ul poate fi asemanat cu cumpararea in rate, cu diferenta ca are amortizare, respectiv TOATE CHELTUIELILE (SERVICE, INTRETINERE, ETC) SINT SUPORTATE DE CATRE FIRMA CARE DA IN LEASING PINA LA ULTIMA RATA.
