Clientul primeste banii necesari pentru achizitia noii locuinte, pe baza obligatiei ca intr-un termen prestabilit sa vanda imobilul vechi, iar cu banii obtinuti sa ramburseze imprumutul. Acesta este acordat pe termen relativ scurt, de 1 sau 2 ani, iar rambursarea sa se face intr-o singura transa, la finalul intregii perioade de creditare. Lunar se vor plati insa dobanzile si comisioanele aferente finanarii. Banca va institui ipoteca de rang I asupra imobilului vechi si pe cel care urmeaza a fi cumparat, daca va considera necesar.
