Fiind vorba de un act oficial, eu stiu ca se traduce cat mai fidel cu originalul. Pe de alta parte, propunerea de a lasa in engleza nu mi se pare justificata, pentru ca un cititor roman nici macar nu ar intelege la ce se face referire (nu toata lumea poate sa inteleaga cuvintele lasate in engleza intr-o traducere).

Eu as merge pe varianta traducerii literale, in mod hotarat.
