Nu mi-e foarte clară organizarea - cum ar trebui să traduc "County of city of St. Louis"? County = district? Și cu City ce fac?

Eu cred ca "the city of London" este acea formulare care de obicei se traduce "orașul Londra". Astfel il mai ai doar pe "district" care este al orașului.
