Nu mi-e foarte clara exprimarea asta, meaning that eu inteleg ca este vorba despre "apararea impotriva unei pretentii", insa, am vazut ca aceasta formulare poate fi atat "defense against a claim", cat si "defense of the claim".

Exista vreo diferenta intre cele doua sau sensul lor e acelasi si anume de a se apara impotriva unei pretentii?
