agent de dezvoltare a proprietăţilor Explanation: rolul developerului este de a realiza din toate punctele de vedere respectiva proprietate, asigurarea amplasamentului, construirea după obţinerea tuturor avizelor etc. Promotor nu acoperă toate acţiunile ce îi revin. E adevărat că dezvoltator / dezvoltător pare puţin forţat, dar sugerează precis funcţia îndeplinită.
