It is your responsibility to accurately report all
information that is used to determine your approved
yield. You must certify to the accuracy of this
information on your production report.
(1) If you do not have written verifiable records to
support the information on your production report,
you will receive an assigned or zero credited yield
in accordance with section 9 and according to 7
CFR 1437.102 for those crop years for which you
do not have such records.
(2) If you misreport any material information used to
determine your approved yield you will be subject
to the provisions regarding misreporting contained
in section 32, unless we correct the information
because the incorrect information was the result of
our error or the error of someone from USDA.
(f) If you elected the *HMP option*, you must maintain
production records separately by acreage for each
intended use. This will allow your HMP to be applied
to the intended use with the highest value.
