Помогите, пожалуйста, найти подходящий термина учётом того, что promoters здесь противопоставлены incorporators. То есть, контекст не дает назвать их всех учредителями.

For some businesses, a corporation is formed using promoters. These persons are often the initial incorporators and shareholders, but in some instances, they are professionals who are hired by prospective incorporators/shareholders. A promoter’s primary duty is to obtain sufficient funding (capitalization) for the corporation by obtaining commitments to purchase stock.
