С вариантом Игоря Андреева не согласен потому, что здесь акцент не тот: речь идёт о способности воды растворять свинец.То есть в зависимости от температуры, рН и наличие примесей вода может растворять часть свинца при контакте с "leaded material". Речь идёт о свойстве воды растворять свинец, а не о свойстве свинца растворяться в воде. Поэтому "plumbosolvency of water" правильнее перевести как способсность воды растворять свинец, поскольку речь идёт о характеристике воды, а не свинца.
