7.18 входной патрубок: Присоединительный патрубок, расположенный со стороны поступления рабочей среды в корпус арматуры

Множественное число - то ли речь идет о входном и выходном патрубках, то ли о патрубках всех регулирующих клапанов (РК) паровой турбины.
Но возможен вариант прочтения, когда nozzle - это действительно сопло самой турбины, подачу пара в которую регулируют РК. В турбине с сопловым регулированием (парораспределением) много сопел, объединенных в наборы, для каждого набора сопел имеется свой РК.
По грамматике nozzle вроде относится к РК (nozzle of CV), но они могли и накосячить с грамматикой, либо подразумевают сопла, обслуживаемые данным РК.
Однозначно определить, сопло тут или патрубок, по этому контексту трудно, я склоняюсь к патрубку
