Я так полагаю. Т.е. форма должна быть как можно близка с форме цилиндра. Такое ощущение, поскольку здесь указано наличие острых концов отверстия, то это типа филеры?
Но если здесь актуально наложение нескольких таких пластин, то скорее это
допуск позицирования (в соответствии с ЕСКД). Т.е. эти отверстия должны смещаться в пределах 0,02 мм.
