English term or phrase: Traditional East Slavic towel
Hi,

Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rushnik and also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bread_and_salt.

It would seem that there ought to be a Russian word for such a towel, but I've not been able to locate one.

Please write in Russian script and indicate where the stress is.

All the best,

Simon
