Спасибо, Александр! Спасибо, госпожа Филиппова! Вы меня убедили, но ещё более убедительным, хоть и не многословным, был Тайфун! Thank you!

Tayfun is correct, it is рахат лукум. When we talk sweet stuff I lose my ability to think :-)

Check, халва, шербет, рахат лукум - they all (along with a dozen of other treats) are восточные сладости (an umbrella term), but Turkish delight (s) is рахат лукум only.

neutral  Lota: could you please write it in Latin alphabet? Phonetically or as the spelling goes. I would like to know how to write it too but can't read cyrilic here. Thanks.

-> Here рахат (rahat)means "easy" in Turkish close to chewing soft /easy (perhaps it comes from that because it is very soft candy/sweet)

-> I think as a term рахат-лукум is what asker needed, as a professianal asker may manage the rest

agree  Irene Chernenko: As for the plural, perhaps you could put "все разновидности" before the list.

-> Thanks, since it is a foreign word in Russian I am not sure of its plural however as you said, this refers to разновидности in general, but I prefer to leave it to native ears

Все же это «рахат-лукум»

Explanation:
засахаренные фрукты, различные сорта рахат-лукума, халвы и т.д.

Я проконсультировался с хозяином турецкой пекарни (их (пекарен) у нас в городе ну просто завались) и он сказал, что существует много разных сортов рахат-лукума и халвы, и, видимо, поэтому здесь эти слова употребляются во множественном числе.
