Risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon tender to buyer's carrier or transportation company. Buyer agrees to provide, at its own expense, insurance coverage on the products from the time of tender to buyer's carrier or transportation company. As the case may be, until full payment therefore is made to HTM. Such insurance shall include sufficient (1) property, fire and casualty coverage of the products, and (2) general liability and products liability coverage. The insurance policies shall insure buyer, name HTM as a loss payee and ***shall be placed and maintained with*** insurance companies of good standing and repute.
