How long will it take to handle my claim?

Time frames of claims handling can vary from case to case depending from the severity of loss and type of accident. But in any case our Insurance Company guarantees the following:

- Decision regarding the status of claim (covered/not covered) will be made in 3 days since the customer presented all requested documents,
- Estimation of the damage will be done in 5 days since the day of decision,
- Payment will be effected in 2 weeks since the day of final estimation.
