Exclusions This Reinsurance Agreement shall exclude:

1) The Reinsured's interest whether direct or by way of reinsurance in loss arising from claim or claims against an Insured by another party or parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing this Reinsurance Agreement shall not exclude any Physical Damage and/or Consequential Loss Coverage contingent thereon effected by an Insured on behalf of another party.

(b) Excess of Loss and/or Pro-Rata Reinsurances of Direct and Facultative Accounts and/or Excess of Loss and/or Pro-Rata Reinsurances of Pro-Rata Treaties covering Direct and/or Facultative Accounts;

(c) Specific retrocessions of an original insurance company account and/or regional Reinsurer covering SINGLE TERRITORY BUSINESS;

(d) any inter company transactions solely transferring business between any two Hannover Re Group companies;

shall not fall within the scope of the above definition.

Между “единой“ и “единственной“, как говорят в Одессе, - две большие разницы.
Союз нерушимый республик свободных - един! :))
А вот в каждой единственной/определенной/отдельно взятой республике - своя администрация.
