Добрый вечер, коллеги!

Перевожу Перестраховочную цессию и столкнулась со следующим:

“Reinsurances” shall mean (i) any and all contracts or policies of insurance taken out by Assignor or with respect to which Assignor is the beneficiary in respect of or relating to the Aircraft or any part thereof (including, without limitation, all entries in a war risks association) and (ii) all the benefits of, and claims under, the right to make all claims under, the right to enforce and the right to be defended under all such policies and contracts of reinsurance but excluding in both cases any moneys received which are paid by the Reinsurers in respect of any third party liability insurance.
