Тут и личная вкусовщина - я очень не люблю термины "комбинированный" и "комбинация", последний всегда меняю на "сочетание" и напоминаю, что комбинации продаются в женской галантерее:-). Всякого рода корректировки мне родные по другим темам, для моего уха звучит нормально.

Наверное, можно было бы сказать "дополненный", но для этого нужно вчитаться во все детали и понять все "модификации"

  -> Я не настаиваю, но тут объединены аспекты, а не полисы целиком. Термин в страховании используется, но больше в части корректировки тарифов.
