The Parties may, after the signing of this Agreement, agree on financial discounts by way of amendments to this Agreement. Such financial discounts may be related to the volume of sales, payment terms and/or exchange rate fluctuations. Such amendments to this Agreement have to be made in writing, to be signed by each party's authorized representative and bear explicit reference to this Agreement. The agreed financial discount will be recognized and indicated in the invoice issued and such invoice will also in sufficient detail reference the Products subject to financial discount [(batch no., shipment, other criteria?)]. In connection with such financial discount, Purchaser agrees to comply with any and all laws or regulations applicable to such financial discounts and to properly disclose the same. SPCE agrees to provide the relevant authorities with appropriate verifications upon request.
