Подскажите, пожалуйста, как лучше перевести эту номинацию. Дополнительных объяснений нет.

С учетом того, что это дизайнеровская номинацая, то вот такой вариант еще можно (обыграйте на свой вкус): ПОДАЮЩИЕ НАДЕЖДУ ДИЗАЙНЕРЫ НА 2009 Г.
Они эту номинацию, по-моему, проводят либо в конце текущего года на следующий год (т.к. это прогноз, а не признание заслуг), либо в самом начале того года, на который человек номинируется. Не помню точно.

Я еще немного подумаю, но, скорее всего, выберу вариант "Перспектива 2009" как наиболее емкий и точный. "Перспективный" здесь относится не только к карьере и имени дизайнеров, но и к планам, проектам, идеям, которые они задумали на 2009 г.
