English term or phrase: local labour
Overall, the [....] study found that migrant workers are important to the [...] economy, providing a ''much needed source of ***local labour*** and bringing in a range of skills to the area...this is imperative in a region that has a falling and ageing working population but also an economy that wants to grow and develop.''
