User Choice. The Parties acknowledge that if any Card in a User's Google Payment Service account is not set as the "primary" Card, Google will not intentionally discriminate against Issuer with respect to the way Issuer’s Cards are presented in the User’s Google Payment Service account relative to any payment competitor’s cards. The restrictions in this subsection (g) do not apply when a Card is lost, stolen or expires. Google will not (and will not permit any participating issuer or participating Merchant to), through the Google Payment Service, deliver targeted advertising to Users based on a Card utilised during a specific transaction
