См ниже допустимые госстандартом способы закрытия больших мешков (с углем). Там нет только одной ленты, без прошивки ... Но термин - лента.

ОДНАКО, а Вы уверены, что "by strip" (лентой) относится к закрытию, а не к погрузке (с ленты)? Ведь, по идее, если бы это относилось к закрытию, то фраза должна была быть не "Big bags closure after loading (by strip)", а "Big bags closure (by strip) after loading"
