She would like the theoretical probability of spinning red to be twice the probability of spinning blue and the probability of spinning white or spinning blue to be the same.

Джон (?) хочет изобрести новую игру.
Круглую вертушку с указателем, изображенную внизу, надо поделить на три сегмента: красный, синий и белый.
Она (?) хочет, чтобы вероятность попасть на красный сегмент была вдвое выше, чем вероятность попасть на синий, а вероятность выпадения синего или белого была одинаковой.

Спасибо, а то меня потянуло на спиннер (рыбная ловля), а еще у меня такая внтурення типа дуршлага кастрюлька, помещенная в другую кастрюльку, куда я кладу салат, другую зелень, наливаю воду и начинаю крутить ручку. Это и есть спиннер. Я видела ссылки на Инете. Спасибо большое!
