По смыслу - это солдат, продолжающий службу, но как это сформулировать в переводе? Возможно просто солдат/офицер состоящий на службе?

1. Returning officer requesting for leave request should have a reasonable motive for applying for leave request.
2. Experience has shown that vacations, short periods of rest from duties as well as authoraized absences to attend to emergency situations at home; Therefore every soldier who either eligible or not eligible for leave are not authorized to request for leave by themselves.
3. Returning officer applying for leave of request will be liable to receive the same amount of money as leave bonuses and this will be claim by his/her beneficiary.
4. Short period of leave for a soldier can be requested by his or her spouse, family immediate or extended with genuine reason.
5. Maximum of leave period to be given to a soldier on deployment is 3 months
6. All soldiers leaving the camp on a family or spouse request should have with him or her liberty pass card at departure and arrival. Identitfication card will suffice to identify a service member on authorized absence not classified as a leave.
7. Paid leave should only be granted to soldiers who are eligible for leave; unpaid leave to non-eligible soldiers under any kind of conditions.
