Materials produced by a non-CFSP (or equivalent) compliant smelter: • Non-CFSP, or equivalent, compliant smelters requirements apply. Where the same material is shipped to another smelter for processing and the same material is returned to the audited smelter, requirements are: • Evidence must be provided by the smelter showing that no external material has been added to the material received from the audited smelter. • If such evidence is not available, Non-CFSP, or equivalent, compliant smelters requirements apply The source of inputs into the independent refining companies required verification and such companies are within the scope of this audit. |
