  -> Согласно кодексу JORC, resources (ресурсы) - это когда нет технических средств для извлечения минерала. А когда есть шахта, рудник, карьер и т.д., то это reserves - запасы

agree  Irina Shevchenko: оценочная стоимость ресурсов (не запасов!!!). Это разные вещи. Отличие - в степени изученноти и плотности опробывания, по которым оконтуриваются запасы и ресурсы. На каждом месторождении есть и запасы и ресурсы, причем и те, и другие разных категорий.
