disagree  Leon Ivanihin: бит, прежде всего, это выделение долей такта, а уж потом все остальное. "Слабоватый бит" - вообще не вариант

  -> вполне себе вариант)) давайте исходить из того, что описание давалось не музыкальным критиком (такой навряд ли ограничился бы "песня скучная и не качает"). в рамках разговорного стиля вполне уместно.
