neutral  Natalie: Эксп. фаза здесь совершенно ни при чем (к удвоению она имеет только то отношение, что обычно число клеток удваивается в середине экс. фазы). Здесь же речь о культуре после минимум 30 удвоений,т.е.культура уже минимум 30 раз прошла эксп.фазу

  -> Натали, почему Вы считаете, что длительность экспоненциальной фазы ограничивается одним циклом удвоения? Экспоненциальная фаза заканчивается тогда, когда кончается какой-нибудь субстрат. Сколько поколений это продлится - зависит от начальных условий.
