Thank you very much for your suggestions. The problem actually is in the fact that I don’t have additional information. The documents that I am translating are posters for HSE training. For example, one of the courses is Portal crane operator course. It consists of a brief introduction that explains the aim of the course, list of the course topics and contact information. The expression “lining up” is one of the course topics. Here is a part of the poster:

Course topics

• Portal crane operator demands
• Different crane types with accesories and their useage areas
• Crane accidents
• Construction, build and behavior
• Lining up and use
• Mechanics, hydraulics and electricals

I have already contacted the client regarding this term and I am waiting for the answer.

have you looked at the content of this part of the document - what does it say about "lining up" and "using" [of what exactly? by who?].

There must be clues in your text more reliable than trying to guess the meaning of a title without knowing the content described by the title.

From what you have given so far, it's only possible to keep guessing/assuming. And there are at least two other meanings of "lining up" that could make as much sense as Припрема (постављање, намештање):
