disagree  Daryo: сама по себи "провизија" је сасвим законит облик плаћања за пружене услуге + "kickbacks" могу бити прикривени у многим другим облицима плаћања

  -> Али је у овом контексту јасно да се ради о незаконитом плаћању пошто наше законодавство не познаје провизију без папира. Треба имати мало мозга да би се то схватило. Остали изрази за ово тал, част, маст, улични су изрази и не иду у превод.

Koristi se uglavnom za tzv. mafijaško reketiranje, konkretno za postotak od reketa koji pripada nižim članovima mafijaškog klana, odnosno baš onima koji izvršavaju naplatu, ,,pešacima''. Ovo sam pokupila iz nekog dokumentarca o mafiji koji sam gledala pre par godina.
