agree  Elio Verbanac: Ili još preciznije prepečenog/tostiranog. Mislim da ovdje ipak nije riječ o barikiranju nego o aromama koje se dobivaju odležavanjem na kvascima (iako se barici također "tostiraju", ovo je nešto drugo).
