Zapravo, postoje izrazi "work shadower" i "reverse work shadower". Pretpstavljam da je "work shadower" zapravo "stažista" zato što "iz senke" prati rad iskusnog kolege, a da je "reversed work shadower" "obučavalac" ili "trener" zato što on sada "iz senke" prati rad stažiste.
Verovatno je izraz "asistent u praktičnoj obuci (stažiranju)" malo komplikovan...
