Payment of full amount upon successful completion of works
Based upon Invoices submitted by the Contractor and Interim Payment Certificates issued by the Engineer, UNDP shall make progress payments as provided below.
The period covered by each Invoice shall be one calendar month during the Time for Completion ending on the last day of the month.

6.3.3 Invoices shall indicate the percentage of completion of each portion of the Works as of the end of the period covered by the Invoice. Each Invoice shall be based on the Programme of Work submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the Tender Documents.
