Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (2): Milena Taylor, Daryo

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

U tom slučaju, "vlasništvo po vertikali" ili "vlasništvo nad vertikalom (vertikalama)". Nadam se da će predlozi pomoći.
Note from asker:
Hvala. Nisam sigurna da li je to to,a li provericu. Koliko shvatam to je otprilike vlasnistvo nad vise objekata koji se jedan do drugog nalaze na istoj parceli.
Hvala!

potpuno vlasništvo [nad parcelom] po vertikali

"normalno" vlasništvo nad parcelom, tj

uključujući podzemlje ispod parcele i vazdušni prostor iznad parcele

Note from asker:
Hvala!

CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP

An estate in real property consisting of an individual interest in an apartment or commercial unit and an undivided common interest in the common areas in the condo project such as the land, parking areas, elevators, stairways, exterior structure and so on. Each condominium unit is a statutory entity that may be mortgaged, taxed, sold or otherwise transferred in ownership, separately and independently of all other units in the condo project. Units are separately assessed and taxed based on the combined value of the individual living unit and the proportionate ownership of the common areas. The unit also can be separately foreclosed upon, in case of default on the mortgage note or other lienable payments.

In effect, the condominium permits ownership of a specific horizontal layer of airspace as opposed to the traditional view of vertical property ownership from the center of the earth to the sky. Typically, the unit, the percentage of common interest and the limited common elements are appurtenant to each other and cannot be sold or transferred separately.
