adjudication hearing Privilegovano skraćeni postupak / preliminarni pretres i arbitraža Explanation: According to Milan Škulić* Pravni fakultet, Univerzitet u Beogradu DOMINANTNE KARAKTERISTIKE OSNOVNIH VELIKIH KRIVIČNOPROCESNIH SISTEMA I NJIHOV UTICAJ NA REFORMU SRPSKOG KRIVIČNOG POSTUPKA around pg 29, "glavni pretres" would be analogue to US format of grand jury (every adult is by constitution entitled to) , and adjudicary would be closer to preliminary. How so? Bringing minors before grand jury is as much crime of compromising child's privacy as much mean of bringing justice. So in case of minors and the needy, the judge has arbitrary clearing as well as regularity of evidence checking. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day1 hr (2017-03-14 08:11:37 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The entire paper makes good reading in rich Serbo-Croat, worth taking time for. |

Explanation: I think it's the nearest you can get; Adjudicatory Hearing Law and Legal Definition An adjudicatory hearing is a hearing in which the purpose is making a judicial ruling such as a judgment or decree. It is sometimes used in juvenile criminal cases as another term for a trial. At such an adjudicatory hearing, the judge determines whether the facts as stated in the petition or warrant are true. https://definitions.uslegal.com/a/adjudicatory-hearing/ Child Protective Services Child Protective Services (CPS) is the name of a governmental agency in many states of the United States responsible for providing child protection, which includes responding to reports of child abuse or neglect. Some states use other names, often attempting to reflect more family-centered (as opposed to child-centered) practices, such as "Department of Children & Family Services" (DCFS). CPS is also known by the name of "Department of Social Services" (DSS) or simply "Social Services." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_Protective_Services -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs (2017-03-14 01:10:12 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- главни претрес => кривични поступак (criminal matters) главна расправа => парнични поступак (civil matters) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 days (2017-03-17 08:52:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- if you compare with the meaning of "adjudicated matter", it stands to reason that an "adjudication hearing" is the one where the substantial questions are decided.
