Rock Reilly is a veteran navy officer who has been assigned to Shore Patrol duty to escort Toni Johnson, a young woman of inhumanly perfect proportions. She's on her way to the base brig, having been unjustly convicted of assault and going AWOL. Aside from keeping an eye on his slick prisoner, he also has to watch out for Eddie Devane, who is supposed to be helping him guard the prisoner. But Eddie is so enslaved by Toni's charms that his mind is effectively AWOL. Thus, after her many attempts at escape have been frustrated, she realizes it's time to focus her attentions on Eddie's obsession with her!
