Is there a Slovak equivalent for National Savings?

The definition is as follows:
A variety of savings schemes, backed by the government, in which the public can participate. National Savings publishes a booklet entitled 'Investor's Guide' which describes in detail how it operates and the products it offers. The savings schemes currently include:

Explanation:
Hi Rad, unfortunately, there is no such equivalent in Slovakia. We have only National bank a commercial banks operating here in Slovakia and then single state owned Social insurance company a several health insurance companies - part of them in state hands a part privately owned.
These are the main instutions which can help you with your money (mostly to get rid of it :-)
