Context: a loan agreement between a joint-stock company as a Borrower and a bank as a Lender.
Full text:
"Account Pledge" means the security instrument pursuant to which the Borrower grants for the benefit of the Lender a first ranking pledge over all sums deposited in all of the Borrower's bank accounts, together with the notices, acknowledgements and consents in the forms attached thereto, which security instrument shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.

My current translation:
„Vinkulácia účtu“ znamená nástroj zaistenia, na základe ktorého dlžník poskytuje veriteľovi prednostné záložné právo na všetky sumy uložené na všetkých bankových účtoch dlžníka, spolu s výpovednými lehotami, potvrdeniami a prejavmi súhlasu v pripojenej forme, pričom nástroj zaistenia musí vo svojej podobe a podstate vyhovovať veriteľovi.
