Asker: prečo tam nie je "support request" resp. "request for support" - predsa sa mi len "ticket" zdá byť totálne vzdialený od "žiadosti". To je také nie veľmi onaké ... sorry. :=)=:)=:)DH

Asker: čo bolo, to bolo; "terazky" ma napadlo riešenie: "tiket žiadosti o podporu".

agree  Kristian Madar: Áno niektoré weby nazývajú "ticket" tiketom, iné zas "lístok". Ako napr. tu: http://www.teamviewer.com/sk/help/createticket.aspx Ja si myslím, že radšej lístok ako tiket. Tiket mi vždy evokuje stávkové lístky na štýl Niké a pod.
